Acceptable use policy / terms of service :
Security of Accounts Cascadelink accounts for products/services ("accounts") are for individual Customers only. Customer agrees not to share the password of the account or any other confidential information with any third parties without the express written permission of Cascadelink. Customer agrees to maintain a secure password to the account and is responsible for any use of his/her account. Customer agrees not to use Cascadelink products/services to make unauthorized/illegal attempts to access other Cascadelink customer information or any non-Customer systems or networks.
Use of Internet Services
Customer agrees not to use Cascadelink products/services in violation of intellectual property rights of other customers, third parties or Cascadelink, or other applicable laws. Customer agrees to use the products/services provided by Cascadelink as permitted only by applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Use of peer to peer file sharing services such as Lime Wire, Bit Torrent, etc. will be restricted in such a way as to provide fair and equal bandwidth usage for all users connected to the Cascadelink network.
Sharing of internet services or accounts with persons not on your account is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account. Simultaneous access by up to two users in the same household must be pre-authorized.
Unauthorized Use of Accounts or Computers
Customer agrees that any unauthorized use or attempted use of another customer or third party account or computer without the owner's express written authorization is prohibited.
Connectivity issues
For issues with connectivity, check with our support page for tips and FAQ’s. If a low or weak signal is to blame, additional equipment may be leased from Cascadelink for a small one time fee.
Termination
Subscription Rate plans may be terminated by calling the number posted on the Contact Page. Subscription Rate Plan cancellations shall be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. E-mail cancellation requests will not be accepted. You agree that Cascade Link LLC may terminate this Agreement and cancel Services for any and all accounts you may have at any time, without notice and for any reason including, but not limited to, nonpayment, violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, providing inaccurate registration information, and using the Services to perform any illegal activity. You further agree that in the event of termination for any reason Cascade Link LLC will have no liability to you. Cascade Link LLC may reject an application or terminate this Agreement for reasons including, but not limited to, if (1) you violated this Agreement as to this or another Cascade Link LLC account, (2) the information required in the registration process is incorrect, absent or incomplete, or (3) your credit card number refuses a charge.
Returns/refunds
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations (cancellation requests made after the next billing cycle renews); credits toward future billing cycles may be issued for late cancellations. Credits may be issued on a case by case basis for issues with connectivity. Annual and 6-month plans are non-refundable.
