Cascadelink is now Wave

As you may know, Cascadelink was recently acquired by Wave Broadband. We’re already working to integrate Cascadelink residential and business services with Wave’s fiber-optic high-capacity network.

Cascadelink customers can expect to see the Wave name, logo and technicians around the building, as well as on bills and mail from Wave. In the coming months we will be introducing new online tools to help you manage your account, and expanding our support hours from our local Kirkland-based team.

Will my services change?

You will continue to receive the same internet speeds and services. Upgrades and improvements are coming – stay tuned.

Will my bill increase?

There will be no immediate change to the price you are currently paying for your services.
